I want to get into more species then just hissers, I am gettig into Blaberous giganteous breeding soon. And after some experiance with them I want to expand to Hormetica strumosa, Kyle from roach crossing has some but are what I see to be out of my price range. Anybody have any ideas on where I can buy these magnificent roaches? If their is anyone who would do trades in the future please contact me.

I'm creating my own website about exotic animals as a pet but I want to concentrate more on the health issues, but to make information more useful I need pictures of unhealthy cockroaches, just to make easier for people to understand how the disease could look. Hi everyone! I started this odd hobby when my biology teacher offered me a few baby roaches from her colony. They lived in my office so when kids got sent to the principal's office, they'd have something to look at while I talked with them about their life choices. Anyway, when she moved, she didn't have a place for her colony to live, so I offered to take it home. I had already left that school myself, and didn't realize how many I was saying yes to. I went from having 7 roaches, to having way over 100! I found a few folks online willing to take a bunch of my hands, and I'd down to a more reasonable amount. I ship out more every time new babies are born. I have three separate enclosures for them and I can't believe how much I've learned in such a short time. I'm hoping to start doing some educational sessions with kids at my niece's school which is super exciting! I do sell some from time to time, and am more than happy to send babies out to anyone interested. I'm happy to have found a place to share my experiences with the hissers, and learn from all of you. Hello, Does anyone know what the best cockroach (worth their price) is? I would like to get a fun to handle interesting looking roach.

So I fed a Female Dubia to my girlfriends tarantula and it aborted an eggs sack. i'l remove the egg sack when shes done and take soome pictures, but what Should I do with it? Try to hatch them? HERES A PIC!!

I started my Cockroach collection about a month and a half ago. I started with a simple Box of Dubais They gave birth in roughly 27days after buying them and setting them up. I was over joyed ! I also got so e madagascar hissing cockroaches around the same time, but theyhaven't given birth yet.
