Allpet Roaches Posted November 2, 2007 Share Posted November 2, 2007 There's no benefit to adding these last three to your dry mix: Bread Flour Crushed wheat I offer a water dish or watered substrate area. Some species tend to do poorly if fed fruits as the only water source (especially egg layers that require damp conditions for the oothecae).
