pannaking22
I have a beautiful pair of A. insignis that I have been trying to successfully breed over the past few months, but haven't had any success. The female is definitely gravid, but unfortunately has aborted her young twice now. I keep them a little warmer than room temp because they are next to my scorpions who have a heat lamp (though they are at the opposite end of the enclosure so the heat lamp isn't right over them). I have been bumping up the humidity a bit, so maybe that will help? Any recommendations for success?
Hisserdude
They need temperatures of 80/85 to breed, otherwise they will never have any young.
pannaking22
Ah, so they need a bit more heat than I've been giving them. They've been around 75 so a little more heat would help.
