Normal eating behavior?

I have 110 Eublaberus pantanal nymphs. They are in a 20 gallon high, 3 inch plus moist coco fiber, Three quarters covered with plexiglass, heat lamp keeps it at around 80 ish during the day. 72 at night. I keep fish food and oats in front of them, dead oak leaves and oak bark. I add various fruits and veggies from time to time. Several times during the night I sneak in to peak at them. Only less than 6 are ever out at one time. The fresh stuff shows nibbles, the pickle jar lid of dry lasts for a week or more. Is this normal eating behavior? I was expecting them to eat more.
