Salmonsaladsandwich
Cool! The adult males are orange, right? When they reach adulthood you should take a picture of a male lata next to an americana or a virginica.
Hisserdude
Yeah, I think most of the adult male Parcoblatta are an orange color. That's a cool idea, will do when I have adults males of those species!
Cariblatta lutea
Glad to see more Parcos popping up in the hobby Yeah, I think most of the adult male Parcoblatta are an orange color. That's a cool idea, will do when I have adults males of those species! In case people are wondering which species of Parcos have orange males.... Parcoblatta americana (orange form is rarer it seems) Parcoblatta caudelli Parcoblatta desertae Parcoblatta lata (can come in both orange and dark brown. Dark brown form can look almost identical to P. pennsylvanica) Parcoblatta virginica Parcoblatta fulvescens Parcoblatta uhleriana Parcoblatta notha MIGHT be orange in color, but I won't be certain until I can acquire some specimens from AZ

I really hope you can get the P.notha one day, then we'll have all the Parcoblatta species in the hobby!

Compare : divisa fulvescens
