Yeah, I think most of the adult male Parcoblatta are an orange color. That's a cool idea, will do when I have adults males of those species!:)

In case people are wondering which species of Parcos have orange males....

Parcoblatta americana (orange form is rarer it seems)

Parcoblatta caudelli

Parcoblatta desertae

Parcoblatta lata (can come in both orange and dark brown. Dark brown form can look almost identical to P. pennsylvanica)

Parcoblatta virginica

Parcoblatta fulvescens

Parcoblatta uhleriana

Parcoblatta notha MIGHT be orange in color, but I won't be certain until I can acquire some specimens from AZ

Thanks for the list, I was wondering which species exactly had orange adult males! :) I really hope you can get the P.notha one day, then we'll have all the Parcoblatta species in the hobby!

Add to that Parcoblatta divisa might have orange form adult males from looking at this photo on bugguide:

Many of my nymphs have matured, and my females are already laying ootheca!
