pannaking22
Not sure how many of you pin roaches for a collection, but I've noticed a rather bizarre issue with a few of mine. After I get them pinned up and am letting them dry for a few days, I've had a few cases where the wings curl. I'd relax the specimen and try to press the wings down, but it would still happen. I don't think Barber's fluid will work here because that's more for relaxing joints, whereas the wings themselves are what are curling. Has anyone else had this issue before and if so, how did you go about fixing it? It's definitely not a consistent thing with mine. I'll pin up a set of one species and only have one roach out of 4 or 5 that wing curls. It has only happened with half a dozen or so specimens, but it'd be nice to have 0 doing that.
