It's some sort of Phoraspis species, don't think you'll get an ID more specific than that without talking to a taxonomist.

Ah, I forgot about Phoraspis and friends, the other “trenchcoat-wearing” roaches! Something about that pronotum shape did look a bit strange for Gyna.

To be fair, they are quite similar looking from above! Once you have a side view though, the domed wings of Phoraspis clearly sets them apart from Gyna, (among other things). I get the sense they are beetle mimics of some sort, maybe of tortoise beetles?

I believe that Cockroaches: Ecology, Behavior, and Natural History confirms that Phoraspis and several other "colorful trenchcoat roaches" are lampyrid mimics or something.
