Purchased a small colony 2 mths ago mainly nymphs a few adults 20 or so all together. These guys are spoiled fresh oranges, grapefruit, dogfood, fishfood, water crystals, good temp.,40 gallon whole 9 yards. Wondering if the colony is immature or I'm a screw up. All my other species are going strong even my hissers seem like they are on a honeymoon. Well my orange heads are still babies. Anyway advice would help.

Do the have places to hide? If they don't make babies within the next 2-3 weeks, then they're not mature yet. Check their size, how many are males vs females, and double check on if there are babies or not.....

You might have them in too large of a container for such low numbers. I keep mine with 4 other species in a 20 gallon tank. Several hundred roaches and all breed well. Just a thought.
