Lactuca sativa var. asparagina

Even since I started feeding them Lactuca sativa var. asparagina (Chinese Lettuce) , look very much like Romaine Lettuce, but softer, I noticed all the nymphs I have, orange head, discord, and a few species of hissers, feed primarily on it. They basically ignore 99% all other food and just eat the lettuce, and they eat a lot of them as well, consume them much faster than any other food if being offered alone. You actually can see burrower greedily trying to pull the whole piece down.

However, they ain't as welcomed in other adult bins, sometimes even get ignored for a few days.

Just a casual observation.

Cheers

Kenneth
