Matt K
Is this a Giant Burrowing Cockroach ?? female? male? Sorry to my bad english ....... No. That is not Macropanesthia rhinoceros (I think). The whole front half of the body is not the same, particular the pronotum, and the color is wrong. Give me some time and a few more photos of the front and back and I can tell you which it is.... please post more photos!
EffeCi
No, it isn't Macropanesthia, footsteps are too long....
Allpet Roaches
Is that from the Philippines? It's not in the genus Macropanesthia but certainly is a neat looking relative.
BugmanPrice
I'm not very famlier with cockroach anatomy, specifically, so don't laugh... are the "footsteps" the tarsus or the spines on the tibia? No, it isn't Macropanesthia, footsteps are too long....
