buddylee79
Hello roach fans, I have a question.. I remove unwanted male B. Dubias from my colony into another tub...cool(keep them alive untill they get eaten). Here is the question, I have a small number of discoids that are just reaching adulthood. I currently have five adult males and four adult females. Should I remove a few of the males for a better ratio(if so can i put the male discoids with my male dubias)or should I not worry about it. Thanks, Bud
Allpet Roaches
You can remove some of the males if you want to use them as feeders but there's no reason to move them if you don't need them for something.

Matt K
Thank you kindly Orin...While I've got you can you tell me a little about(or as much as your willing to) Dorylaea orini- Orin's Roach.....? I keep them much like I keep Periplaneta sp., only a little more humid (but not wet). I kept them a little drier and they did not do so well for a while. It is a great roach to have, although be careful- they are fast. Would recommend buying some from Orin if you get the chance.
