macbrush
I acquired this colony a few months ago as babies and they were happily eating, running around and almost curious back then. Recently, most of them had matured, and the whole colony slowed down dramatically, to a point that they barely move, really shy, and not eating much at all compare to other hisser colonies I have. Granted the weather has been a little bit cooler lately, around mid 70s F, other roach colonies I have also experience some slow down, maybe just around 20% to 30% in terms of food consumption, however for Elliptorhina chopardi, sometimes they even ignore food I put in there completely for 2 to 3 days, not to mention they keep abandoning ootheca. I am just wondering whether this is expected from Elliptorhina chopardi.
