Hissing roaches nymph dying 10 everyday!!!

I just started my colony of hissers and got about 500 nymphs between 4 and 6 weeks old, so far everything was going well, but just few days ago I found about 10/15 dead, and every day I keep finding more, what could be wrong, the temp is right, so is the humidity, the usual food, water crystals...the only think that I can think of is the substrate

My local feed store run out of red bran so I use white bran, maybe somthing wrong in it!?

The adults are doing fine

Any idea, or maybe few losses a day is "normal"?
