Make sure you are giving them fruits and veggies. I use apples, carrots, and oranges. James james@blaberus.com
Allpetroaches
Posted by JamesBryan on 1/24/2006, 9:58 am, in reply to "Re: Orange heads not producing" 208.61.228.226 They get carrots or lettuce once or twice a week. I replace as it dries or molds. I was hoping that the babies would eat from that source and not get in the water bowl and drown. They have black covering 5 of the six sides of the box. Perhaps the temps are too hot? They do seem to prefer the cool side most of the time. Maybe the first pregnancy is not so good but later ones are better. I would have thought some nymphs would be born. My only conclusion is that they are eating them. They are not eating each other that I can tell. Only one has any wing nibbles on it and it is just at the edges. bryanreptiles@lycos.com
