A Hisser nymph slow and sluggish

This has happened maybe once before in my colony. They get slow, barely move, almost seem dead and just stay in one corner of the tank. Looks dehydrated, but everyone else looks strong, plump and vigorous/active. It's maybe two molts away from adult size.

I placed it in an ICU with a soaked dog food bit.

That's odd, you sure they have enough room? Do they always have access to water, fresh fruits/veggies, or a humid area in the enclosure to hydrate themselves? Could just be a fluke, if everyone else in the colony seems fine...
