Can anyone give me a definitive description as to how to tell B. giganteus nymphs from B. fusca, etc. Lyle

I am wondering if anyone out there knows much about the life history and ecology of Therea petiveriana. They mimic Tortoiseshell beetles. But specifically what Genus/species are they mimicing? What of their natural history in their native India? Is Therea petiveriana a widespread species? Or localized in a particular region of India. LyleL

I was reading the Hisser information on ALLPET roaches and noticed the statement concerning food playing a role in nymph color. I am curious to know what types of food will make them lighter? Or darker? LyleL
