  1. From southern FL. Only one species of Cariblatta is reported from the US (consisting of two subspecies); Cariblatta lutea. Interestingly, specimen pictured below doesn't match the description of C. lutea.
  2. Not sure. Mine seem to be below average size so....
  3. First is P. divisa, last two are probably P. virginica
  4. Didn't know these were this small.... lol
  5. Perhaps it has to do with their long hatching time? The ones in the pics took about 2~3 months to hatch.
  6. Not sure if this one is mature yet (I think it is), but it's been retaining that coloration after it molted about a week ago.
  7. Thank you for the suggestion of ID, but Heidi's new revision on genus Arenivaga lists several species of similar looking Arenivagas so it's probably best to list this as Arenivaga sp. I got these from Westtexasinvert (you can find him on Arachnoboards) so if you contact him, he'll probably be able to get you some
  8. Took more pics of this beautiful (and rare) species today
  9. A really handsome species of assassin bug
  10. Interesting...didn't notice that until now. I wonder if it serves as a mimicry purpose.
