I'm having trouble breeding both B.lateralis and B.dubia. The the B.lats drop the egg cases all the time and bury them, but I have yet to see a single nymph in a month and a half. Also my B.dubia female carry a visible egg-case protruding from the abdomen, but I have yet to see any babies...
Do B.lateralis bury their egg cases? I keep a colony of about 15 and I see when the female deposits the egg case but next day its gone!? I have seen about 3 egg cases disappear. No nymphs present either. Also is is possible that the colony is eating the egg cases?
I am keeping them in...
Does anyone know where I can get ten Gromphadorhina portentosa nymphs for $10 or less shipped to New York? If any Gromphadorhina portentosa keepers have any extras that they want to sell or get rid of heres your chance!
