Strange peppered roach head marking on new female

One of my peppered roaches molted into an adult yesterday and she part of her head marking is light! She's acting normal and looks alright other than that, so I'm not really too worried about her, more curious what could cause this? Is it just a different marking or could it have been caused by damage as a nymph? I've only had these peppereds for a couple months, but before that I don't think they were super well taken care of. The five other adults have normal looking head markings.

Either way, she's so gorgeous. My mom named her Queenie!

Likely just a 'morph'. Peppered roaches seem to vary widely in coloration/pattern. That's a cool outcome!

Definitely a Queen the pronotum is quite pleasant.

Most likely she will stay this way

Sometimes they just don't fold their wings properly when molting, and they get stuck that way. Often happens if they're disturbed during the molting process.
