My first ever madagascar hissing cockroach, bought singularly, does not have the arolium pads on his limbs. I dont know if thats the correct term, but I mean the white pads on their feet that let them stick to smooth surfaces. My other roaches (bought from another breeder) all have them. He is the only one without them.
He was bought and came like this; no sticky pads on any of his limbs, a missing leg, and the tip of his antennae is blunt. I dont think its because of a bad molt, since everything else is completely fine. Besides the missing foot, his limbs are completely normal, his entire body is, but he just doesn't have the pads as if they were never there at all. Is that normal? Hes a fully grown male and can't molt again. What should I do?
