Zuriel
I've got two female Madagascar hissers (scientific name is Gromphadorhina portentosa?), and I was wondering if any of these items would be safe for them to eat? They currently get fed a wide mixture of whatever safe vegetables and fruit we have on hand. (Carrots, bananas, tomatoes, strawberries, blueberries, cranberries, ect.) I also give them some of the pellet food I give my bettas (North fin betta bits), freeze-dried chicken (dog treat), dog kibble, and sometimes cereal. Anyways, I was wondering if these foods would be safe to give them? Frozen Bloodworms Frozen Brine Shrimp Flightless fruit flies (would be deceased when given) Is there anything else I could possibly give them as well? And thanks!! Bhjjr
Mine eat squash of all types. And apples. And sweet potato or yams. I never thought about cranberries
Zuriel
I hadn't thought of those! I'll remember that next time, thank you so much!
Blatta
Also try cucumber, and dead leaves from deciduous trees. They won't eat the leaves right away like other foods but will nibble on them over time and use them as a backup food.
