Silverback Posted September 12, 2022 Share Posted September 12, 2022 Kefir is very nutritious I make my own with some amazing grains I got from a friend in Holland and I use it myself several times a day now it's not harmful to insects in any way but I wouldn't use it as it spoils very quickly at room temp and even faster at higher temps and it's attracts fruit flies like a mo fo so I'd stick with fruit/veg and water crystals SB Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
