JoeCapricorn
While managing the enclosure for my Madagascar Hissing Cockroaches, one of the juveniles crawled out and simply disappeared. I have no idea where he or she went. My room is a big place and has lots of junk on the floor (I need to clean it >.>) Is there any way I can lure an escaped cockroach to a particular location so I can hopefully retrieve him and put him back? Or, do I have to subtract my numbers by one?
Ralph
Thoroughly clean out the area around it first, an escapee will usually retreat to the first good-looking hide it finds for a while. If you don't find it then, put out some odorous bait (preferably food that you've fed it before) and look with a flashlight at night. Zephyr
Do nothing for a few days but keep your room under lockdown. Then put some banana on a napkin on the floor. Turn off the lights and wait maybe 30 minutes. He should climb out to find the food. Otherwise, you may just have to wait. They can stick around a LONG time.
