Hisser Questions

Recommended Posts

Some questions that I have:

- What is the physical different between a subadult/large nymph and an adult hisser?

- Can you predict the number of molts left for a hisser, and how?

- If a hisser isn't really "hissy", does that imply that its timid or tame?

- Can hissers regenerate or "fix" lame legs or antennae through molting?

1. I would say visibility of horns and possibly genital change for mating. Coloring too.

4. If immature, each molt will slowly regenerate legs and antenna. The younger the nymph, the better chance for full regeneration since they have more molts than an older nymph.
