Cool, these guys are one of my favorite Arenivaga sp. roaches! How large do these guys get? Any larger than the other Arenivaga sp. roaches?

Yeah, they are my favorite too! :) The adult females can get to about 2 CM long, which is big for Arenivaga. These are one of the largest, if not THE largest species in the genus.

One of my subadult males molted recently, as did my "adult" female, who is hopefully mature now. :)

Here are some pictures of them:

They seem to be doing ok. I'm seeing some medium sized nymphs in there :)

Nice, seems like they are growing somewhat quickly!

I've been feeding them dog food and koi food only so the high protein diet is probably speeding up their growth. LOL

Yeah, this species has proven to be more accepting of foods besides dead leaves than the other two Arenivaga species I've kept.

Found a large ootheca at the bottom of the cage, thought I'd take a few pictures of it. :)

Well my larger female died, I accidentally let the cage get too dry a few months ago and she bit off her antenna, she seemed to be doing better once I kept her more moist but apparently it was still too much for her. :( However my other female is still going strong and laying oothecae, so I should have a second generation coming soon. :)
