I think I have dehydrated roaches! Help!

So I got these two male madagascar hissing roaches like around the 9th and they were mailed to me through the website exo-morphs. Something happened to my enclosure which made it to never arrive. I had to get a refund and buy another enclosure which just arrived today. So over a period of time I notice their behavior changing. They got more sluggish as my mom likes to blast the house with cold air because she is weird. Sadly I know if the tempt is lower 75-85 degrees they can do that. But like I said I forgot to mist them. I think they are dehydrated and cold for being in that kind of environment for a long time. I just got the heat pad on the side of the tank, I misted them, and got them some water. Do you guys think they will perk up? I feel so bad. I am the worst keeper ever. I am for sure gonna feed then tonight as well. They were in a small container with each other for a while because my enclosure didn't arrive in time. Do you think the warm heat pad, some water, good misting, and food will make them better again? Is there anything I missed which could made them sick? Any tips or advice? Please let me know! Thank you for reading and have a nice day! ~ ❤️

My bug room dips to 69 in the winter as the room heater cycles. Most species will simply slow down for a bit without long term effects.
A few species really need higher temperature but regular portentosa are pretty hardy.
They probably would appreciate the extra heat and some food and water though. It is fun to watch them eat!
