I recently bought a batch of discoid roaches and found this nymph mixed in with them. It’s clearly a different species. It’s a dark reddish color, somewhat similar to a female P. lateralis. It’s also extremely fast and seems to climb smooth surfaces like plastic very well. Vaseline stops it from getting out. I’m currently keeping it with a few E. javanica.
The seller I bought the discoids from has a huge variety of species, so I can’t really guess based on what he sells.
Any ideas what it might be?
