Matt K
just wondering if anyone knows a food adult orange heads like. it does'nt seem like they eat as much fruits as my other roaches. is there a specfic meat or something in particular they prefer? any suggestions would be appreciated. They all seem pretty healthy THANKS I have found that they are the one roach that is the most omnivorous. They should eat fish food, cat food, dog food, most any fruits, squash or fleshy vegetables, dead mice, kitchen sinks, etc. Make sure that thier temp is 72-85 somewhere in there. Below 70 and they seem to loose thier appetite.
Maarten..
Mine don't accept dead dubia roaches which i've found in the dubia enclosure. When I cut a dubia in two halves these halves are devoured. They are supposed to even hunt down other insects but I have not yet witnessed this behaviour. They also drink a lot.
