macbrush
I know how the actual mating ritual performs (by watching youtube... ), about sticking ootheca out and pull back, and give birth in 2 - 4 months. One part I can't seem to get clear answer is at what stages they push out their ootheca? When ootheca, and eggs just form. During pregnancy? Just before ready to mate? For rotating the ootheca? Thanks Kenneth
Ralph
They evert the ootheca at various stages throughout development. It's very rare to see since they're so secretive about it and usually do it at night, but it's not much to be concerned about. They do rotate it to make it more comfortable or to maintain their slim profile.
