Hi! Just wondering if anyone can tell me how to find out what sex my Macropanesthia rhinoceros is? I've read that males have a more concave dorsal shield and also have an extra segment seen on the hind end of the ventral adbomen. How many segments should there be? Any help would be great, thanks!

Look at the underside of the rear segments of the abdomen. (Panesthiinae) If there's a tiny segment at the end, it is a male. If it ends in a large segment with no tiny piece at the end it is a female.
