Hisserdude Posted February 10, 2017 Share Posted February 10, 2017 Some people can develop an allergy to their roaches with constant exposure, (which can be said of a lot of things), that can cause blisters to appear where large roaches have touched the skin, or where you get congested and/or sneeze a lot when doing stuff in the roach enclosures, but I've never heard of anyone getting really "sick" from them, no.
