The Wolven
I use a mix of Crested Gecko diet, Roach bites, and bee pollen as a dry mix. Then use Total Bites (Nature Zone) as a form of hydration and constant "fresh" produce. I do occasionally given them fresh produce such as carrots and others but I prefer what I have. I don't actually have any colonies but just a small collection I purchase from someone who does have colonies of dubias. What do you guys like to feed your roaches? Bhjjr
Wow that's an exotic diet! My roaches get apples, sweet potato, fish flake, and all the dried up oak leaves they want.
Hisserdude
Dog food, apples, bananas, carrots, and pollen/artificial pollen for certain species... That's it for me. 😂
The Wolven
They seem to thrive well off of it. My lobster roaches devoured the dry mix pretty fast.
All About Arthropods
I provide most of mine with banana, carrot, dog food, and, occasionally, apple. Some of the more specialized species get dead leaves, in addition to one or more of the other foods.
Blatta
Most roaches also like cucumbers and squashes including pumpkins
dogpack
Leaves: the question. Â Hard wood leaves, right? Â Do you prep them or just use them as you find them?
