rugburn
Hello I was wondering if anyone knows of a parthenogenetic species of roach that won't climb glass? If there's a live bearing species even better... Just had to ask. Already have Surinams coming in the mail, but something easier to contain would be awesome. Allpet Roaches
Oriental roaches can breed without males. I imagine P. femapterus may do so as well.

I once had a Suriname roach (Pycnoscelus surinamensis) culture that existed exclusively of females. Mark
Ralph
Oriental roaches can breed without males. I imagine P. femapterus may do so as well. Can B. orientalis do that indefinately or do they do worse after a few generations like Periplaneta?
