Nanchantress
Oh my goodness - something has gone horribly wrong here. Have any of you seen anything so awful? I felt the need to document this in photos, but it certainly is gruesome. Just the other day one of my other females gave birth to 40 beautiful, healthy nymphs. And now this.... Gives me the shivers...
Shipi
I saw this on my dubia female too. She died after approximately 1 week. I hope your hisser will survive.

Nanchantress
I removed most of the aborted ootheca and she disappeared into the colony. I believe she is still alive since no females in that tank have died recently.
