hisserman
lol Are they all from the same species?
Ralph
Looks like all the same species. I have a bit of a collection too, but I'd rather save mantis skins since they don't eat them sometimes!
Vulgaris
Yes they're all from Parcoblatta. Ever since I brought my colony home from college and set them on a shelf above a heater, they have all been molting like crazy! Every morning I look in and see skins left at the top of leaves or the logs that I have in there. I got two more this morning

likebugs
My daughter likes to save the skins of all of our molting creatures. Sometimes we look at them under the microscope. I even laminated a subadult Chinese mantid skin that she keeps in her wallet. That is the only mantid skin that wont fall apart. She is always taking out the skins and looking at them.
