I want to hear people's experiences with them. Do they ever attack roaches? Are they likely to attempt to chew through a plastic bin? Is it a good idea to add them to a roach colony?
I keep my Elliptorhina javanica in a 20 gallon high with a screen lid and a heat lamp. Lately it smells of vinegar. It is kept dry with sheets of oak bark, dead leaves and a thin layer of coco fiber. There is about 50 adults, so plenty of room. The smell didn't appear until I switched from a 75 watt to a 100 watt bulb.
Yep. The $50 one was phenomenal! Consequently they sold out within few hours after the post
Wish I could get pics guys, but they are so tiny and fast that my camera can't get any pics of them
Nice, glad they are doing so well for you! I know some people have difficulty getting these to reproduce in their care, but you are obviously not one of them.
Are you sure about that, don't you even have a signature on MF where it says:

I swear by gasket bins for climbers its a must and no petrolium. Red runners are fast but cant climb so i knock them into a smaller bin then pour them into a jar with holes in the lid the size of the feeder i need normally tiny. Then i turn the jar over into a container and let them fall out of the holes. Its a lil complicated but think of it like a giant salt shaker..but for roaches. Very lil chance of infesting as long as your bins have very smooth sides.
Bearded dragons, pacman frogs, tarantula's, scorpions, centipedes
I need more pets because dubia are breeding like crazy I dunno what am I gonna do with many dubias selling ain't easy
also read you need to use vaseline for lobsters? because they can climb any surface, that would suck it gets messy

We have all white roaches taking up residency in our house. now i don't know much about roaches other than i can't kill them because i find them to be quite cute ( and i truly believe that roaches are psychic) anyway i was just wondering what the white ones were. and also there are the other ones here that look like crickets/roaches...i call them croaches. the lady that lives upstairs has a tree frog..she feeds it crickets and roaches and i think they interbread ( i know interbreading between species is possible, infact my grandma had a cat that bread with a dog and had babies..they didn't live very long at all, only a few days but they looked beyond this world!) anyways i just wanted to know what made the roaches white.
